Find out whether your brand is helping or holding you back.
ACS Creative provides brand audits for businesses in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC, and clients nationwide. We review your logo, visual identity, messaging, website, and listings against how customers and competitors actually see you, then tell you plainly what to keep, what to fix, and whether a rebrand is worth it.
I presented ACS Creative with a simple idea and they transformed it into a full-blown online business. In addition to monetizing my idea and building a 5-star website, they developed my brand, logo, and slogans.

Who this is for
Businesses that have grown, merged, or changed direction and suspect their brand no longer fits, and leaders weighing a rebrand who want the decision made on evidence rather than taste.
Where we do this work
Frederick, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Bethesda, Columbia and everywhere we serve.
What you get
A plain-language report covering your visual identity, your messaging, and every place customers meet your brand, from your website and proposals to Google and review sites. Each element gets a clear call: keep it, fix it, or replace it. You also see how you compare with your closest competitors, and we walk your leadership team through the findings.
How it works
We start with a short questionnaire and conversations with the people who run the business and sell for it. Then we gather everything that carries your name: website, sales decks, signage, social profiles, listings, and ads. We compare it against your goals, your customers, and up to five competitors, and flag where the brand is inconsistent, dated, or saying the wrong thing. Most audits take three to four weeks [confirm] from kickoff.
Who it is for
A company that has outgrown the logo it started with. A business after a merger, an acquisition, or a new service line. A team whose website, proposals, and signage look like three different companies. A leadership group split on whether to rebrand that wants an outside answer.
Common questions
How is a brand audit different from a rebrand?
An audit tells you what is working and what is not. A rebrand changes it. Many audits end with a short list of fixes rather than a full rebrand.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks [confirm] from kickoff, depending on how many locations, products, and materials are involved.
What do you need from us?
Your current brand files and materials, an hour or two with leadership, and any customer research or reviews you already have.
Will you tell us if we do not need a rebrand?
Yes. If your brand is sound and only needs cleanup, the report says so.
Do you make the fixes?
We can, through our brand identity, logo design, and rebranding services, or your own team can work from the report.
